50% deposit is required to secure an installation date. Remaining balance is due one day prior to installation date. Any add on's will be due the day of installation. If paying by credit card you authorize Denver Christmas Light Installers to use said card for your remaining balances. All purchases are due in full on order. All credit card charges will include a 3% processing fee on total balance. All pricing is for the installation of said lights and all removals are free of charge. Installation dates are not guaranteed. All customers must sign the labor release form on the Invoice and approve all work prior to Install.
All led lights, extension cords, and timers will be supplied by customer. Denver Christmas light installers will use there commercial grade hanging devices in place of the customer hanging devices for a charge of $10 per 100 clips. At no time does Denver Christmas Light Installers and its agents or employees give any warranty to the operation of said lights, cords and timers supplied by customer. Further more we are not responsible for electrical that may supply the lights. Service calls after the installation will be billed at $90. There is one complementary service call for jobs that are over $1000.
Leased Packages at $698 and under receives One complementary service call. any additional service call will be charged at $90 unless deemed the responsibility of Denver Christmas Light Installers. Leased Packages Over $699 receives Two complementary service calls. any additional service call will be charged at $90 unless deemed the responsibility of Denver Christmas Light Installers.
All lights purchased from Denver Christmas Light will have a 16 month warranty.
Trip Charges: Any location 20-40 miles from our location $20 every mile over 40 miles is an additional $1.50 per mile.
Lift Charge: If your install requires a lift there will $75 fee total for instalation.
Service Call: $90
